High Performance Pressurized Water Thermal System up to 200°C
The IECI PF-ZH thermal system is specially engineered for die casting foundries requiring precise, efficient, and clean temperature regulation up to 200°C using pressurized water. Featuring 1 or 2 fully independent channels, the unit delivers superior heat transfer rates, reduced cycle times, and eliminates hazardous oil disposals.
Manufactured with an all-stainless steel hydraulic circuit, independent digitally controlled pressurization, and dedicated high-efficiency circulation pumps, the PF-ZH guarantees zero oxidation and incorporates an advanced anti-scale cooling system that extends mould tool life.
The PF-ZH Sleeve Version is specifically designed to regulate shot sleeve temperature via pressurized water through dedicated cooling/heating channels. Consistent shot sleeve thermal conditioning prevents thermal distortion, avoids aluminium soldering, and drastically extends shot sleeve and plunger tip service life.

Engineering Excellence
Every PF-ZH unit is manufactured in IECI's Brescia plant under strict European pressure equipment regulations (PED Category II). The integration of magnetic safety valves, pressure transmitters, and digital PID controls ensures zero fluid loss and immediate alerts in case of micro-leaks.
The open hydraulic layout facilitates swift diagnostics and preventive servicing, keeping your die casting cell operating around the clock with maximum OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
