Safe High-Temperature Operation with Diathermic Oil

The IECI PFN unit is purpose-built for safe, ultra-reliable high-temperature operation up to 330°C (up to 350°C optional) utilizing diathermic thermal oil. It represents the pinnacle of thermal efficiency for pre-heating and conditioning die casting dies, especially for complex geometries, thin walls, and high-integrity castings.

The PFN series features 100% leak-free magnetic drive pumps, sealed immersed heating elements, and sophisticated PID digital control.

IECI Patented Innovation: Adaptive Inverter System

An adaptive inverter system (IECI Patent) automatically optimizes oil flow rate and temperature according to real-time thermal load. Integrated supervisor software continuously monitors all operating parameters, delivering dramatic energy reduction, zero pump cavitation, and exceptional equipment lifespan.

 
 
PFN 330 2Z Sleeve Version (Shot Sleeve & Plunger Thermal Conditioning)

The PFN 330 2Z Sleeve Version delivers dual-zone diathermic oil temperature regulation for shot sleeves and plungers in heavy-duty cold chamber die casting machines. Providing an extraordinary 190 kW cooling capacity, it prevents sleeve overheating during rapid shot rates.

Customizable Configurations:

  • One or two independent temperature zones.
  • Water and diathermic oil combination configurations.
  • Integrated sleeve and plunger simultaneous conditioning.
  • Profinet / OPC UA communication to machine cell controller.
