The IECI Quenching Tank is specifically designed for the controlled cooling and metallurgical hardening of die castings immediately after ejection and extraction from the machine, prior to trimming, shearing, or downstream machining operations.

Controlled Thermal Performance:
The system maintains an exact, uniform bath temperature inside the tank through continuous digital regulation via electronic instrumentation on the remote control panel. Achieving correct and stable bath temperature is essential to obtain optimal cooling rates for clean shearing, avoiding crack propagation, trimming burrs, or geometric distortion.
