The mounted spraying tool consumes per cycle 36 ml of release agent at 480 spray nozzles and sets a new milestone in spraying technology.

For spraying large molds, we have overcome one of the challenges, we have constructed the largest, highly performance spray gantry ever build. It has the shortest cycle times and improves the foundry's CO2 emission by minimizing release agent consumption. There is virtually no energy loss due to spraying.
